"Patterns" described in the app reflect your own reported answers, not a clinical evaluation.
If you have scalp pain, open sores, bleeding, significant redness, sudden or substantial hair loss, swelling, signs of infection, a suspected allergic reaction, or symptoms that persist or worsen, stop relying on the app's routine suggestions and consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional.
You use routine and product suggestions at your own discretion. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on any product, discontinue anything that causes irritation, and consider your own sensitivities and allergies.
You may use RuutCheck without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Purchase buttons open our website; sales are governed by the website's terms of sale. We may earn revenue from products purchased through links in the app. Recommendations are generated from your assessment and plan, not from commissions.
The app, its content, design, and software are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You can stop using RuutCheck at any time and delete your data in Settings. We may discontinue or modify features with reasonable notice to account holders.
